Message:
The Management Board of URSUS S.A. hereby informs that on the 20th September 2016 received a notification of selection of the offer of the Consortium URSUS BUS-1, composed of the Issuer, AMZ KUTNO S.A. and URSUS BUS S.A., in the open tender for delivery of low-floor buses no. 06/E/16 10 organized by Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Toruniu sp. z o.o .
The gross value of the offer for execution of the basic scope of the order (3 buses MAXI i 2 buses MIDI) is 4 686 300 PLN.
The gross value of the offer for execution of the maximum scope of the order (8 buses MAXI i 2 buses MIDI) is 9 421 800 PLN.
The Ordering Party will choose the above-mentioned scope.
The deliveries will be executed in 2016.
Two offers were submitted in the tender, the parties are entitled to judicial redress in the National Chamber of Appeal. The Company will inform about conclusion of the contract in a separate current report. The reason of publication of this information is the fact that in the Management Board’s opinion it can impact the evaluation of the Issuer’s potential and its current situation.
