Message:
The Management Board of URSUS S.A. informs that on the 7th August 2017 the Supervisory Board of URSUS S.A. with the resolution no. 257/2017 decided that the Management Board of URSUS S.A. of the current, joint term of office from the 7th August 2017 will consist of seven members. The Issuer’s Management Board with the resolution no. 258/2017 decided to appoint Mr. Michał Nidzgorski as the Vice-President of the Management Board URSUS S.A. as from the 7th August 2017 and with the resolution no. 259/2017 decided to appoint as from the 7th August 2017 Mr. Marcin Matusewicz as the Member of the Management Board URSUS S.A.
After the above-mentioned changes the composition of the Issuer’s Management Board from the 7th August 2017 is the following:

Vice-President of the Management Board – Mrs. Monika Kośko,
Vice-President of the Management Board – Mrs. Michał Nidzgorski,
Member of the Management Board – Mr. Abdullah Akkus,

Member of the Management Board – Mr. Marek Włodarczyk,
Member of the Management Board – Mr. Marcin Matusewicz.

Mr. Michał Nidzgorski holds a graduate degree, in 2012 he graduated from the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences, in European Studies.
