Change in credit limit in current account with Millennium Bank S.A.

According to § 5 Section 1 point 14 and § 20 of the Regulation of the Finance Minister, dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities (Polish Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259), the Management Board of POL – MOT Warfama S.A. informs that on 21 September 2009 the Company signed annex of the Credit Agreement in a current account from 16 September 2008 with Millennium Bank S.A. in Warsaw. By virtue of the credit agreement the amount of granted credit was increased from 8.000.000 PLN to 10.000.000 PLN and prolong to 16 September 2010. The credit interest rate is changeable and based on One Month WIBOR rate , increased by a bank’s margin. The credit is intended for financing current Issuer activity and secured by a real estate mortgage with insurance policy transfer and assignment of co-operation receivables. This agreement is significant contract in view of matter of agreement, which exceed 10% of Issuer’s equity.
