Annex to the credit agreement in form of overdraft facility concluded with Bank Millennium S.A.

Contents of the report:

The Management Board of the Issuer hereby announces that on 29 November 2012 between URSUS S.A. and Bank Millennium S.A. with the seat in Warsaw was concluded the annex to the credit agreement in form of overdraft facility of 16 September 2008 with changes.

Pursuant to the provisions of the above mentioned Annex, the expiry date of the credit agreement was extended till 1 December 2013 and the credit repayment guarantee compared to the Annex concluded on 2 December 2011 was changed (Current Report 37/2011), and now it consists of security mortgage on real estate of the Issuer in Dobre Miasto along with assignment of the rights resulting from the insurance contract and  assignment of claims from the cooperation agreement.

The other provisions of the credit agreement remain unchanged, and the total maximum amount of the granted credit is as so far 17.000.000 PLN.

Legal Basis:

§5 sec.1 point 1 and point 3 in connection with §7 and §9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
