Conclusion of annexes to the agreements with the Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.

Message:
The Management Board of URSUS S.A. hereby announces that on 10th December 2013 the Issuer concluded with the Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. with the seat in Warsaw the Annex no. 3 to the Agreement of overdraft facility credit of 18.12.2012 and the Annex no. 2 to the Agreement of eFinancing services (factoring services) of 29.01.2013.
According to the provisions of the Annex to the Agreement of overdraft facility credit, the credit amount has not been changed and is 3.000.000 PLN, while the duration of the agreement has been prolonged till 01.12.2014.
According to the provisions of the Annex to the Agreement of eFinancing services, the limit of financing foreign trade liabilities, previously amounting to 5.000.000 PLN, has been changed to the amount of 1.000.000 EUR, while the duration of the agreement has been prolonged till 30.11.2014.
The other provisions of both agreements, including types of warranty, remain unchanged.
Both agreements are considered material due to the fact that their total amount exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
The legal basis of the present report is §5 sec.1 point 1 and point 3 in connection with §7 and §9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
