With reference to the current report no. 26/2015 concerning the conclusion by URSUS S.A. with The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) SUGAR CORPORATION (Ethiopian Sugar Corporation) of the sales contract of cane haulage tractors, tandem cane haulage trailers and spare parts thereof of the value 30.672.075,00 USD and the Buyer’s possibility provided in the contract of increasing the order by 25%, the Management Board of the Issuer hereby informs that Ethiopian Sugar Corporation till the 30th September 2015 has not placed such an order. The Parties are in contact and it is probable that the date for placing an order will be extended till the 31st October 2015 with an annex to the above-mentioned contract..
In case of extending the date or placing an order, the Issuer will immediately notify about it with a current report.
The legal basis of transmission of the present report is the art. 56 point sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2013, No. 1382, with subsequent changes).
