Notice of selection of the offer of the Consortium URSUS BUS

Message:

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. hereby informs that on the 21 September 2016 received  a notification of selection of the offer of the Consortium URSUS BUS, composed of the Issuer, AMZ KUTNO S.A. and URSUS BUS S.A., in the open tender for delivery of 10 new electric urban buses, procurement no. 8/NT/WM/16, organized by Miejskie Zakłady Autobusowe sp. z o.o. in Warsaw.

The gross value of the offer is 24 981 300 PLN.

The deliveries will be executed within 245 days from the date of awarding the contract.

Three offers were submitted in the tender, the parties are entitled to judicial redress in the National Chamber of Appeal. The Company will inform about conclusion of the contract in a separate current report.  The reason of publication of this information is the fact that in the Management Board’s opinion it can impact  the evaluation of the Issuer’s potential and its current situation.
