Concluding strategic partnership agreement with Shandong Foton Heavy Industries Co. Ltd.

Contents of the report:

According to Art. 56 Section 1 Point 1 of the Regulation of public offerings of shares, conditions of turnover of financial instruments and public companies (Polish Journal of Laws, No. 184, item 1539) the Management Board of POL – MOT Warfama S.A. informs that on 29th of September 2009 was concluded an agreement between Issuer and Shandong Foton Heavy Industries Co. Ltd with the seat at Weifang (Shandong, China).

The subject of the contract is a five-years cooperation in the field of tractors distribution and marketing in Europe, especially in Poland.

It is assumed that in the period of first 2 years of the execution of this agreement, total sales output would reach a minimal level of 200 units, growing in the reaming 3 years to the level of minimal 500 units per year. The value of this agreement is assumed at 20 million USD in tractors sale on the domestic market.

Pol-Mot Warfama offers the whole range of tractor machines with power range from 60 HP up to 90 HP, imported from Shandong Foton Heavy Industries Co.Ltd/Weifang in China. These tractors are equipped in engines of English company Perkins homologated according to EU Regulations and sale under the trade name POL-MOT FOTON.
