Changes in the Issuer’s Management Board

Message:

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. informs that on the 17th October 2016 the Supervisory Board of URSUS S.A. with the resolution no. 193/2016 decided that the Management Board of URSUS S.A. of the current, joint term of office from the 17th October 2016 will consist of five members and with the resolution no. 194/2016 decided to appoint Mrs. Monika Kośko as the Member/ Vice-President of the Management Board URSUS S.A. as from the 17th October 2016.

After the above-mentioned changes the composition of the Issuer’s Management Board from the 17th October 2016 is the following:

President of the Management Board  – Mr. Karol Zarajczyk,

Vice-President of the Management Board – Mrs. Monika Kośko,

Member of the Management Board – Mr. Abdullah Akkus,

Member of the Management Board – Mr. Jan Wielgus,

Member of the Management Board – Mr. Marek Włodarczyk.

Below the Management Board of the Issuer provides the required information about the newly appointed Member/ Vice-President of the Management Board – Mrs. Monika Kośko.

Mrs. Monika Kośko holds a graduate degree, in 2003 she graduated from the University of Gdańsk, the Faculty of Management, in the area of study Information Technology and Econometrics. In 2008 she gained a degree of a doctor in economy at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In 2016 Mrs. Monika Kośko graduated from the Executive MBA program at Koźmiński University in Warsaw.

The professional career of Mrs. Monika Kośko:

2013 – till now Deputy Economic and Financial Director for Controlling in URSUS S.A.

2013 – till now Director of the Production Division Dobre Miasto in URSUS S.A.

2010 – 2013 – Head of Controlling Department in URSUS S.A.

2004 – Lecturer at the University of Computer Sciences and Economics in Olsztyn.

Mrs. Monika Kośko does not run a business in other competitive company and he is not a partner of capital companies or partnerships. Besides, she has not been entered into the Registry of Insolvent Debtors, kept on the basis of the Act on the National Court Registry.
