Change of the date of publication of the separate and consolidated semi-annual report for the I half of 2017

Message:

The Board of the URSUS S.A. in Lublin with reference to the current report no. 4/2017 of the 30th January 2017 concerning the dates of publication for periodic reports in 2017, hereby informs that the date of publication of the unitary and consolidated semi-annual report for the I half of 2017 was changed.

According to the current report no. 4/2017, publication of the above-mentioned reports was expected to be on the 31st August 2017. The reason of postponing the publication of the periodic reports was the start of cooperation with a new auditor, which requires introduction of the auditor in the specific nature of the Company’s business and presentation of more comprehensive data and information than in the previous reporting periods.

The new data of publication of the unitary and consolidated semi-annual report for the I half of 2017 is the 7th September 2017.
