Expiry of the overdraft facility agreement with Bank Kredyt Bank SA

Contents of the report:

Issuer’s Management Board announces that on November 30, 2011, the credit agreement concluded between POL-MOT Warfama SA and the Bank Kredyt Bank SA based in Warsaw in the current account from 31 March 2006 (changed by annexes:No 1 from 13.07.2006, No 2 from 06.04.2007, No 3 from 03.09.2007, No 4 from 11.09.2007, No 5 from 05.11.2007, No 6 from 12.11.2007, No 7 from 09.04.2009, No 8 from 16.03.2010, No 9 from 31.03.2011 and No 10 from 12.07.2011) has expired. This credit was granted to the amount of PLN 8 000 000 and was intended to finance current operations.

Thisagreement was replaced by an agreement of cooperation, underwhich BRE Bank SA granted POL-MOT Warfama S.A. the line to finance current operations on the maximum amount of PLN 14 million, of which the Issuer informed in the Current Report 34/2011.
