Registration by the National Depository for Securities rights to ordinary bearer shares N series of Ursus SA

Contents of the report:

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. (The "Company") announces the receipt of the Resolution No. 949/12 of the National Depository for Securities ("NDS") dated 12 December 2012 (the "Resolution"), under which according to § 40 sec. 2 and 3 in conjunction with § 2 sec. 1 and 4 of the Rules of NDS, after consideration of the request of the Company, the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities has decided to register on 13 December 2012, 4.000.000 (four million) rights to ordinary bearer shares of the Company's Series N with the nominal value of PLN 1 (one zloty) per share, issued pursuant to Resolution No. 4/2012 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Ursus SA dated 31 August 2012 and Resolution No. 50/2012 of 8 November 2012, and mark them PLPMWRM00061 code.

The resolution comes into force on the date of adoption

§ 34 sec 1 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
