Annex to the overdraft facility agreement with Bank Millennium SA

Contents of the report:

Issuer's Board announces that on December 01, 2011 between POL-MOT Warfama SA and the Bank Millennium SA based in Warsaw, was signed the annex to the credit agreement in the current account from September 16, 2008 as amended.

Under the provisions of this annex the deadline for loan repayment was extended to December 01, 2012. Other conditions of the credit agreement remain unchanged in relation to the supplementary agreement, signed on December 6, 2010. (Current Report 25 / 2010).
