Admission to listing of rights to ordinary bearer shares N series URSUS S.A. 

Contents of the report:

The Management of URSUS S.A. (the "Company") announces that on 18 December 2012, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw, decided to introduce with effect from 20 December 2012, an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market of 4.000.000 (four million) rights of ordinary bearer shares of the Company's series N with the nominal value of PLN 1(one) per share ("rights to Shares N"), coded by the National Depository for Securities code "PLPMWRM00061". Rights of Series N will be listed in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "URSUS-PDA" and the code "URSA".

Legal Basis:

§ 34 sec 1 point 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
