Start of tractors’ delivery to Ethiopia
Message:
With reference to the current report no. 24/2014 of the 27th June 2014 and the current report no. 25/2014 of the 27th June 2014, the Issuer’s Management Board informs that today, i.e. on the 23rd September 2014 the Company started shipment of tractors, equipment for servicing centers and delivery of spare parts for tractors included in the first lot of delivery in the first stage of the commercial contracts with METALS AND ENGINEERING CORPORATION (METEC) OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA. The date of starting deliveries depended on the date of receiving the advance payment by URSUS S.A., in accordance with the contract. This year the Company will execute the contract in compliance with the timetable included in the contract.
The legal basis of transmission of this report is of the Art. 56 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act on Public Offering dated July 29th 2005.
