Expiry of the overdraft facility agreement with Bank PKO BP SA
Contents of the report:
Issuer’s Management Board announces that on January 25, 2012 the credit agreement in the current account concluded between POL-MOT Warfama SA and the Bank Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. based in Warsaw from June 16th, 2004 has expired. This credit was granted to the amount of PLN 4 800 000 and was intended to finance current operations.
This agreement was replaced by an agreement of cooperation, under which BRE Bank SA granted POL-MOT Warfama S.A. the line to finance current operations on the maximum amount of PLN 14 million, of which the Issuer informed in the Current Report 34/2011.

Pursuant to § 5 section 1 point 1 and 3 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reporting by issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259, later amended).
