The dates of publication for periodic reports in 2017

Message:

The Board of the URSUS S.A. informs that the periodic reports in 2017 will be published on the following dates:

• III. Consolidated quarterly reports:
• II. Consolidated interim report for the first half of 2017 - 31 August 2017
• I. Separate annual report and consolidated annual report for 2016 – 21 March 2017
  • a) for the first quarter of 2017 – 15 May 2017
  • b) for the third quarter of 2017 – 14 November 2017

The Management Board announces that pursuant to § 102 point 1 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2016 and the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2017 in accordance with § 101 point 2 of the Regulation. The Company will not publish separately the interim report in accordance with § 83 sec. 3 of the Regulation. The quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements and the quarterly financial information will be included in the consolidated quarterly reports of the URSUS Capital Group.
