Message:
The Management Board of the Issuer hereby informs that on the 30th October 2015 it adopted a resolution to determine the issue price of the ordinary shares of P, Q, R series issued on the basis of the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting URUSUS S.A. no. 6/2015, 9/2015, 11/2015 of the 7th October 2015. The content of the above-mentioned resolutions was transmitted in the current report no. 34/2015 of the 7th October 2015.
The Issue Price of the series P, Q, R shares was established at the level 2,50 PLN.
The issue price per share of each above-mentioned series is the same.
Besides the Issuer’s Management Board determined the final amount of the share capital of the Company increased on the basis of the resolution no. 6/2015 of the Extraordinary General Meeting by the amount of 4.100.000 PLN (say: four million one hundred thousand), through the issuance of 4.100.000 (say: four million one hundred thousand) new ordinary bearer shares of P series of the nominal value 1,00 PLN (say: one) per share.
The Issuer’s Management Board determined also that within the conditional increase of the share capital according to the resolution no. 9/2015 of the Extraordinary General Meeting the Company will issue 8.900.000 (eight million nine hundred thousand) of the ordinary bearer shares of Q series, of the nominal value 1,00 PLN (say: one) per share.
