Message:
With reference to the current report no. 26/2015 concerning conclusion of the sales contract of cane haulage tractors, tandem cane haulage trailers and spare parts thereof by URSUS S.A. and The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) SUGAR CORPORATION (Ethiopian Sugar Corporation), the Issuer’s Management Board informs that on the 17th November 2015 the Company completed shipment to Ethiopia of 30 tractors and 130 trailers included in the first lot of the subject of the contract with Ethiopian Sugar Corporation.
The delivery was executed in compliance with the timetable included in the contract. Two consecutive shipments will be also executed according the above-mentioned timetable, i.e. by the end of the first quarter 2016.
The legal basis of transmission of this report is of the Art. 56 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act on Public Offering dated July 29th 2005.
