Message:
The Management Board of the Issuer hereby informs that on the 23rd November 2015 the Issuer was informed about signing by URSUS S.A and The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) SUGAR CORPORATION (Ethiopian Sugar Corporation) an annex to the sales contract of cane haulage tractors, tandem cane haulage trailers and spare parts thereof of the total value 30.672.075,00 USD, concluded on the 26th August 2015, of which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 26/2015.
According to the provisions of the annex, the payment terms have been changed. The Parties withdrew from an advance payment and agreed that the payment of the whole amount 30.672.075,00 USD due to the Issuer under the contract execution will be made in three installments upon submission of the relevant transport documents after delivery of consecutive lots of the contract subject.
Other provisions of the agreement with Ethiopian Sugar Corporation remain unchanged.
The above annex was approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Poland and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
The legal basis of transmission of this current report is § 5 sec. 1 point 3 with connection with § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
