Conclusion of annexes to the credit agreements with Bank Millennium S.A.

Message:

The Management Board of the Issuer informs that on the 8th December 2017 the Issuer was informed about signing by URSUS S.A. and Bank Millennium S.A. with the seat in Warsaw annexes to the following credit agreements:

- Annex to the overdraft facility agreement of 16.09.2008, as amended, in the actual amount 10.000.000 PLN, extending the duration of the agreement till 31.12.2018,

- Annex to the working capital credit Agreement of 19.12.2013, as amended, extending the duration of the agreement till 17.12.2018, according to which the credit repayment will be made in 12 monthly installments.

- Annex to the revolving credit ,greement of 23.05.2013, as amended, in the actual amount 17.000.000 PLN, extending the duration of the agreement till 15.12.2018,

- Annex to the agreement for the line of bank warranties and documentary letters of credit of 08.01.2013, as amended, in the actual amount 17.000.000 PLN extending duration of the line till 15.12.2018,

- Annex to the revolving credit agreement of 16.12.2014, as amended, in the amount 5.000.000 PLN, extending the duration of the agreement till 15.12.2019, according to which the credit repayment will be made in 24 monthly installments.

The other provisions of all the above mentioned agreements with Bank Millennium S,A., including types of security, remain unchanged.
