The Issuer announces that on February 20, 2013 received written notice of selecting the best offer, i.e. an offer submitted by a consortium of companies which includes:

The Issuer and the company of the Ukrainian law Przedsiębiorstwo Filialne „Zakład samochodowy Nr 1” Publiczna Spółka Akcyjna „Kampania samochodowa Bogdan Motors”,

in the open tender for "Supply and delivery of 38 units of new, low-floor trolleybuses maxi class city", organized by the Urban Transport Board (Zarząd Transportu Miejskiego) in Lublin. Signing the agreement on public procurement will follow on March 2, 2013, of which the Issuer will inform the separate current report.

The planned value of the entire contract will be executed PLN 52 820 000 net.
