Pursuant to § 5 section 1 point 22 in conjunction with § 28 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reporting by issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259, later amended) the Management Board of URSUS S.A. informs that on February 28, 2014, the Supervisory Board adopted Resolution No. 63/2014 of the appointment of Mr. Abdullah Akkuș as a Member of the Management Board of the current, joint term of office, from March 01,2014.
Mr. Abdullah Akkuș graduated from Science in Mechanical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in Istanbul. Besides, he completed Business Administration Certificate Program at Istanbul University and MBA studies at Yeditepe University in Istanbul.
