Contents of the report:

Issuer's Board of POL-MOT Warfama SA announces that on 2 March 2011 the Company became aware of information about inclusion on the list of projects approved for funding under the Operational Programme Innovative Economy 2007-2013, Action 1.4-4.1 request made by the Company in 2010. Approved by the Ministry of Enterprise Development (Managing the Program) motion related to funding from the European Union project entitled "Development and implementation of an innovative line of management the post-harvest residues of corn ".

The Company’s project is associated with the development and launching of a new product - an innovative line of briquetting to the use of corn crop residues for energy purposes. Research and development started on 1 November 2010.

The amount granted for the Company is 324 575 PLN.

The process of applying for funding will end with conclusion of the agreement between the Company and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (institution implementing the Program).
