Recall of proxy and appointing new proxy

The Management Board of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. in Dobre Miasto announces that on April 18, 2012 passed a resolution to recall a proxy given to Mrs. Ewa Pradon (acting as the Chief Accountant) and granted the procuration toMrs. Agnieszka Wisniewska (from 18 April 2012 the Chief Accountant). The newly established proxy must act jointly with one Member of the Management Board or other proxy (joint commercial representation).

 

The following information represents education, qualifications and previously occupied positions. Mrs. Agnieszka Wisniewska:

 

Education:

2004 – 2006               High School of Economics in Warsaw, Faculty ofManagement and Marketing, Master’s Degree in the field of tax andaccounting

1998 - 2001                The Warsaw School of Social and Economic Studies, Faculty of Economics, Bachelor’s Degree in the field of the economics of banking, finance and accounting.

Certificate of competency No 29182/02 of the Ministry of Finance confirming the qualifications necessary to provide bookkeeping services.

 

Mrs. Agnieszka Wisniewska is not engaged in any business competitive to POL-MOT Warfama S.A. and is not registered in the Insolvent Debtors Register run pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

The legal basisof this reportis§ 5 section1 points 21 and 22 and § 27, § 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009, regarding current and interim information submitted by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognition of information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information (Polish Journal of Laws, No. 33, item 259).
