The dates of publication for periodic reports in 2016

Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodical information
The Board of the URSUS S.A. announces the following dates of publication for the periodic reports in 2016:
I. Separate annual report and consolidated annual report for 2015 – 21 March 2016
II. Consolidated interim report for the first half of 2016 - 31 August 2016
III. Consolidated quarterly reports:
a) for the first quarter of 2016 – 16 May 2016
b) for the third quarter of 2016 – 14 November 2016
The Management Board announces that pursuant to § 102 point 1 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2015 and the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2016 in accordance with § 101 point 2 of the Regulation. The Company will not publish separately the interim report in accordance with § 83 sec. 3 of the Regulation. The quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements and the quarterly financial information will be included in the consolidated quarterly reports of the URSUS Capital Group.
Legal basis:
§ 103 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
