Making a binding offer of purchasing selected items of property from Ursus Sp. z o.o.

Report:

The Board of Directors of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. (joint stock company) with its corporate seat in Dobre Miasto informs that on the 13th of February 2009 made a binding offer of purchasing selected items of property from Ursus Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) with headquarter in Warsaw and Ursus Komponenty Sp z o.o. in Warsaw. The sales contract mentioned above was concluded after due diligence researches and preliminary work about which the Issuer informed in the current report 2/2009. The offer contains the proposition of a contract (within the meaning of §2. 1 p. 51 Regulation of Minister of Finance on current and periodic information that is passed on by Issuers) because the offered price exceeds 10% of Issuer’s equity capital. Simultaneously the Managing Board of the Issuer appoints one month period to accept the offer.
