Interim reports delivery dates in 2010

Contents of the report:

Pursuant to § 103 point 1 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reporting by issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259, later amended) the Management Board of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. informs, that it will publish its interim reports on the following dates of 2010:

I. Consolidated quarterly reports (QSr) for:

a) QI 2010 - 17.05.2010

b) QIII 2010 – 15.11.2010

II. Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2010 – 31.08.2010

III. Annual report for 2009 – 22.03.2010

The Annual report for 2009 will be immediately publish if only the authorized entity to audit the financial statement, presented the opinion, but no later than 7 days from receiving it and 15 days before the Annual General Meeting approving the annual financial statement.

The company, acting in compliance with §102, section 1 and §101, section 2 of the Regulation, will not publish the consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth of 2009 and the second quarter of 2010.
