Annex to credit agreement with Kredyt Bank S.A.

Pursuant to § 5 point 1 and 3 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reporting by issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259, later amended) the Management Board of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. announces that on 16th of March, 2010 the Company signed Annex nr. 8 of the Credit Agreement in a current account (changes: Annex No1 from 13.07.2006, Annex No2 from 06.04.2007, Annex No3 from 03.09.2007, Annex No 4 from 11.09.2007, Annex No 5 from 05.11.2007, Annex No 6 from 12.11.2007, and Annex No 7 from 09.04.2009) from 31 March 2006 between POL-MOT Warfama S.A. and Kredyt Bank S.A. for financing current activity. The agreement was prolong to 31 March 2011 in the amount of PLN 8 mln. The credit interest rate is changeable and based on WIBOR O/N, increased by a bank’s margin.

The credit is secured by a real estate mortgage with insurance policy transfer and “in blanco” bill of exchange. This agreement is significant contract in view of matter of agreement, which exceed 10% of Issuer’s equity.
