Annex to the overdraft facility agreement with Bank Kredyt Bank SA

 Contents of the report:

Issuer's Board announces that on 31 March 2011 between POL-MOT Warfama SA and the Bank Kredyt Bank SA based in Warsaw, was included the annex to the credit agreement in the current account from 31 March 2006 as amended.

Under the provisions of this annex the deadline for loan repayment was extended to 30 June 2011. Other conditions of the credit agreement remain unchanged in relation to the supplementary agreement, signed on 16 March 2010. (Current Report 8 / 2010).
