Contents of the report:

The Management Board of POL – MOT Warfama S.A. informs that on  April 18, 2012 in Istanbul concluded with Turkish company Hattat Holding A.S. an agreement on industrial and trade co-operation. Underthis agreement the companies have started cooperation in the production and sale of transmissions for tractors of medium and high power range. In connection with the agreement, transmissions can be used by POL-MOT Warfama SA without a time limit and territorial. Transmissions made ​​inconnection with the performance of this contract will be assembled in the latest generation of Ursus brand tractors.
