With reference to the current report No 7/2009, The Board of Directors of POL-MOT Warfama S.A. in Dobre Miasto informs that the date of replay for the offer, made by Issuer to Bumar Sp. z o.o. on 13th of February 2009, concernig purchasing selected items of property of Ursus Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw and Ursus Komponenty Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, was deferred due to pending negotiations until 28th of March 2009.
