Message:
The Management Board of the Issuer hereby informs that the date of date of publication of the consolidated report of the Capital Group URSUS for the first quarter 2014 will change. According to the current report no. 3/2014 of 14 January 2014, the declared date of publication of this report would be the 15th May 2014. The new date of publication of the report is the 7th April 2014.
The legal grounds of transmission of the present report is § 103 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
