Message:

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. hereby informs that on the 13th April 2015 the Issuer was notified about receiving the EC type-approval certificate no. e9*2007/46*6316*00 for electric bus URSUS, type E70110, with commercial name EKOVOLT.  

The approved electric bus URSUS is a result of cooperation of the Issuer with the Municipal Transport Company of Lublin and Lublin University of Technology within the Consortium – Electric Bus, of which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 15/2014.

The cooperation of the Consortium members aims at designing and conducting research of electric urban bus adjusted to the needs of Lublin city, with possibility of offering it to municipal transport companies in Poland and abroad, as well as establishing in Lublin a production and research facilities for electric buses.

Manufacturing by the Issuer of the electric bus after trolleybuses is a part of the strategy policy of the Management Board of URSUS S.A. and it is the Company’s response to the needs of the market for innovative and ecological products.

The received type-approval certificate for the bus EKOVOLT has international dimension and allows the Company sales of electric bus on the domestic and European Union markets.

The legal basis of transmission of this report is of the Art. 56 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act on Public Offering dated July 29th 2005.
